Jeffrey Wade is a seasoned real estate professional | Advisor with The Keyes Company, serving clients throughout Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and surrounding counties. Based in Tequesta, Florida, Jeff brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial depth, technology expertise, and genuine community roots to every client relationship.

Originally from Indiana, Jeff relocated to Florida in 2007 after building a successful career in Traverse City, Michigan. Over more than two decades, he served as a partner, owner, and manager of multiple national and global software and technology businesses. His background in software automation led to consulting engagements spanning start-up ventures, technology companies, medical practices, insurance firms, and automotive manufacturing — experience that gives Jeff a sharp analytical edge in today's fast-moving real estate market.

In 2012, Jeff expanded into the restaurant development industry, partnering with a national seafood chain — a venture that ultimately sparked his transition into real estate in 2014. Later that same year, Jeff joined forces with Jill Barnwell to form Wade & Barnwell, a partnership that would span over a decade and leave a lasting mark across South Florida real estate. Together, Jeff and Jill built a practice known for its broad reach and personalized service, covering an expansive territory stretching from South Miami to Naples on the west and south, all the way north to Port St. Lucie — serving buyers, sellers, renters and investors across some of Florida's most dynamic and diverse markets. Their Tequesta-based office served as a hub for clients throughout Palm Beach, Martin, Broward, and St. Lucie counties, and the team earned a strong reputation for professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine client care.

After more than ten years of building that legacy together, Jeff has launched his own independent practice (still working with Jill on all past clients) — carrying forward the same dedication and market expertise that defined Wade & Barnwell.

Jeff and his wife Julie have been married for nearly 38 years and are the proud parents of four children and grandparents to seven grandchildren (and one on the way!). When he's not serving clients, Jeff treasures time with his family — the heart behind everything he does.
