When I decided to purchase a home in Tennessee while living in Florida, I knew I’d have to get a realtor I could trust to be boots on the ground and help me throughout the home buying process while I was states away. Jen Barczykowski was without a doubt that realtor. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and attentive to detail, but she was incredibly kind and understanding of my situation. I was a first time home buyer, so in order to be comfortable with such a big financial decision and life milestone, I asked if I could include my mother in the buying process to offer guidance and support. Of course Jen welcomed my mother, as she did me, with open arms and was eager to find me the right property to purchase. The first development she drove to had the lot I ended up buying. She provided me with videos and pictures, and made herself available at all times for any questions I had. My worries of making such a large purchase remotely soon went away as I quickly understood Jen not only was providing me with all of the information I needed to make my decision, but it was apparent that she truly cared and knew that her efforts would result in my future home. After a short and smooth buying process, and getting to spend time with her in person during the week of closing, I can confidently say that I would 100% recommend Jen Barczykowski to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Nashville area.

We were one of many families who relocated to Tennessee over the course of 2022. Buying a property in your current state comes with its own set of issues, but buying property in a state you're completely unfamiliar with is its own kind of beast entirely. Jen made a point of describing the different areas we were thinking about in detail, sent us countless houses to review online and even more that she took it upon herself to tour and take videos of not only the houses, but also the neighborhoods and surrounding areas when she thought we might like it. When we finally were able to make it out to look again in person, she cleared her schedule and booked two full days of appointments in various areas for us based on our search criteria. She consistently advocated on our behalf throughout the search and purchasing process and kept us top of mind through closing. Jen's customer service is five stars plus and I would happily recommend her to anyone who asks.

Jen is simply the best. She made the impossible possible and thanks to her hard work and dedication we were able to get a house that is perfect for us. Jen has a very strong work ethic and was very attentive throughout the whole process. She was extremely thoughtful and we trusted her fully. Jen Barczykowski became our agent by chance as we called to get info about a listing. SHE WAS GREAT!!!! Jen is very personable and professional. She ended up showing us multiple homes, one of which we bought. She was excellent at keeping all the paperwork straight and getting inspections etc lined up and completed. She did comps of neighboring homes to help us pick the right price to offer. We have since gone back to her for other family real estate needs. Highly recommend.

My husband and I are from Kentucky and we were looking for a home in Gallatin, TN because, basically, our three grandchildren live there. We met Jen when we had an interest in a house, called the real estate company that was on the sign outside the home and she came right away to show it to us. We immediately liked her honest and sincere personality. She was very helpful with finding out information about the home. We ended up seeing several houses and Jen was always very attentive in getting us to see the house that day or the next. We ultimately did find a home appreciated Jen's help with the closing and final details. She was supportive to us in getting an inspector, painter and handyman, for the home. Jen went far above and beyond. She exceeded expectations by a mile. Ours was not an easy transaction. There were many complications not due to any fault of ours or Jen’s. We spent eight days looking at so many houses that I forgot some of the cities names. Jen didn't give up and we finally found the house that the wife loved. Jen also followed through during the house inspection since we were living in a different state at the time. I highly recommend Jen for your housing needs
