Jen has been Absolutely great with me during my home buying journey. This is my first home buying experience and all I needed to do was trust her. She listened, kept constant communication, kept patient and worked with me every step of the way while I was out of town. Jen really helped me with the house I wanted. She even written down the instructions on how to Function and maintain the household appliances, fireplace, HVAC, and other specs, while the seller was educating me during the walkthrough... So I’m not worried about forgetting, she has me covered.
I closed today, and I’m very happy with the result. Pretty sure if she wasn’t as responsive as she was, if she hadn’t of coach me through the bidding, I would of missed out on this home. Like I said, I just needed to trust her.
