I really appreciate the knowledge and confidence that Jen brought to the table. When this process first began, Jen educated us on the value of our home, why and how we should market it and how it compared to other homes. When we had some hiccups in the selling process, Jen never gave up, she fought for us and brought in partners that ultimately led to us selling our home just as she had set the expectation up front.

Jen has resources for anything you might need. I have never experienced this level of professionalism. We worked with Jen Miller at Fathom Realty to both sell our house and buy a new house and our experience was exceptional. This was our first time selling and Jen took the time to walk through the process in detail. She brought in a home stager at no cost to us to ensure our home looked optimal for selling (and it worked! We received an offer less than 24 hours on the market!). After going under contract on our new house, she provided recommendations for movers and moving checklists, which helped me keep my sanity.
