Jen was great! Before we listed our house for sale, she recommended affordable refurbishments to maximize the selling price of our house. She also encouraged us to have a pre-listing inspection done, so that we could address repair items before posting the house for sale, and that turned out to be great advice, because it saved time later. Jen then recommended a list price that got us under contract within the average time that a house in the Seattle area spends on market, which was acceptable to us, but also made us feel that we didn’t leave money on the table after closing the deal. We had moved out of state by the time we sold the house, so Jen acted as our eyes on the ground, informing us when maintenance items such as lawn mowing needed to be taken care of. We also felt that Jen did a great job communicating our position to buyers’ realtors and helping us find buyers who made a very strong offer. We were very happy with Jen’s services to us and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a great listing agent.

We are beyond satisfied with having chosen Jen to guide us through our condo purchase. We needed a place to live that gave us centralized access to all of the WSF terminals for my husband's work. Within 2 days, she had guided us through location options, narrowed us down to 9 options, organized viewings and spent her entire Saturday cheerfully showing us all around. She made sure to educate us on everything we were on the lookout for with purchasing a condo and was even diligent with keeping the listing agents on task through the purchase. She managed to hold our hands and yet never made us feel like we were having to work to have our voices heard. She really is everything you could need and want on your team. There is a reason Google has her listed as Edmonds best realtor, for sure!!

We interviewed a number of the most prominent Realtors in the Everett area, including Jen. She was a standout with her knowledge, network and enthusiasm.
Unfortunately we listed in September of 2022, right about the time the real estate market was tanking. Jen managed our listing both on the ground and in the cloud.
The pictures and staging were exactly spot on, it made our house extremely attractive.
We had plenty of interest but it was a long time before Jen presented us with an offer we could work with.
It was complicated but Jen was able to find out all the details of the offer and presented it in an easily understood way.
We are happy to say we closed a few weeks back and could not be happier with our choice of Realtors, Jen Murrweiss with ReMax.

Buying a home in the Puget Sound area is an adventure! Jen and Britt helped us to finally get our adorable home in Snohomish. Originally, we were closing in July on another home that Jen had negotiated for the electrical to have a new service mast, the knob/tube redone plus some other items. There were delays with the seller’s contractorand the listing agent did not quite know what he was doing with the permits and coordinating with the seller. Then our lender really messed up and basically killed the whole deal. Jen got us our earnest money back and a new lender. She also was on them constantlyto get us fully underwritten approved so we would have no issues in the future. Britt was very wonderful in showing us homes and always available for questions. We finally closed in October on the perfect home for us in Snohomish! It was quite the experience but these two kept everything going, on track and made it happen. It was because of them we have our home and I am glad we did not get the other house. Everything really does happen for a reason. The Werner's

This is the second home we’ve purchased with Jen. The first purchase was a For Sale by Owner who was very difficult to work with. Before Jen, he refused to work with realtors, and when we say refused, he would literally hang up on them when they called. But after we spoke to him and introduced Jen, she won him over and walked him and us though the entire process. She dedicated many hours to that purchase. Our second home purchase coincided with the sale of that first home, and she worked diligently with some more difficult people to time the sale and purchase just right so that we could avoid gap housing. She got us a great price on our sale in a falling market and negotiated a great purchase of our forever home while leading us to a great broker for the loan. She is honest, extremely knowledgeable, kind, hard working and always in communication. She’s simply the best.

Jen was exactly who we needed to sell our house and buy a new one! After being recommended to us for her no fluff approach, we went from browsing Redfin sporadically for years, to calling her, to listing our house within a week.

During this time, she contacted the selling agent (for the house we just moved into) and got a feel for if they would accept a contingency offer. Sellers seemed receptive, which most people know hasn't been the case for several years now. A day or two later, the sellers had accepted our contingency offer.

Once we got an offer and accepted it on the sale of our house, Jen was able to quickly move forward on cementing a Pending Inspection status on both homes.

What I really liked about the process was that she was realistic and knowledgeable. This helped us to move on with all the stuff we had to do in the process without trying to decipher what she was saying. I reiterate this because it really can be in an agent's best financial interest to do the short term people pleasing to make their clients' happy in the short term, but end up frustrated down the road. No lemons with Jen :)

But this isn't the whole picture - her being straightforward and highly effective. She is kind and balances her own interests with those of her clients'. She wants a win-win, even at her own expense. She was humble, assertive, and well prepared to keep up with what we knew we wanted, and able to fill in the blanks with what we were missing.

And even after closing, I've been able to ask her for help in referencing old materials and getting things in order. We will definitely recommend her in the future!

I have nothing but good reviews! This realtor handles challenging situations with grace. As a military family who was living in a different state, our family situation was difficult after my mother’s sudden health issues. When selling real estate, or buying, the needs of older adults and their families can be complex, often complicated by issues such as family dynamics, deteriorating health, and personal loss and financial constraints. Jen was compassionate, encouraging and helped us increase the value of the home by directing us to excellent resources within our budget. She understood our time constraint and finances, and worked through some road-block challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. Having someone guide us through all the legal and regulatory requirements with selling an elderly family member’s home was vital. Jen made the process easy as we worked mostly long distance. She was well connected to a host of appropriate resources, was very knowledgeable about the housing market and was prompt with her correspondence. Jenifer was the third realtor we had interviewed. The other realtors were hesitant with our situation. I highly recommend her!

My family's situation was difficult. We had to move fast in order to relocate from Southern CA to the Seattle area according to a tight deadline. There were several factors that made working with us harder on the realtor. In fact, more than one realtor flat out turned us down, telling us that our expectations were unrealistic and they couldn't help us. But not Jen. She was kind and encouraging, but also realistic. She helped us narrow our scope and hone in on what we could reasonably achieve, while still managing to validate our priorities and make us feel good about the process. She and Brit were also willing to travel and work outside of their established areas in order to help us find the best fit. And wouldn't you know it, we found the perfect house, even in a very challenging market, and Jen made everything go smoothly and professionally. She understood our challenges and was able to work her magic to provide outstanding value and service. This will likely not be the last real estate transaction for my family in the Puget Sound area, and we intend to use Jen every time. I could never say enough about all the ways Jen went above and beyond for us both as buyers, and then again as sellers. Jen just sold my house in Lake Stevens. Jen is very easy to get along with and she is extremely professional. I requested that she sell my house while I was out of state and take care of everything. Jen has a small army of helpers that took care of cleaning and yard work and staging etc. I also requested that most communication with me be via email rather than phone because that is more convenient for me. Nothing was ever a problem for her. Jen works hard and is 100% reliable. If you are looking for the best realtor, you just found her. Lucky you!
