Jennifer is by far the best realtor I've ever dealt with.
From the beginning, she was nothing but helpful, professional, and extremely personable.
My home sold very quickly, largely due to the way that she marketed it.
She also found me help for the packing and cleaning that needed to be done in the short amount of time before the settlement date.
She kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process go much more smoothly.
Jen knows real estate and I'm happy to say she did a great job for me.
I would highly recommend her to anyone in her area who wishes to buy or sell a property.
Jennifer definitely went above and beyond ,in my case, and ,in one word , she is FANTASTIC!

I personally have not bought or sold with Jen HOWEVER I worked with her on something FAR more important to me...Selling and Buying a new place for my Aging Parents. Jen, unlike many other realtors my parents worked with, did not try to sell them on a lie or a pipe dream that was unattainable. She gave Honest Feedback, Constructive Criticisms and tips on how to improve the value of the house for sale. She was kind, compassionate and MOST Importantly Diligent in her efforts in both selling their home and again in finding them THE MOST PERFECT home for them. I have already given her name and number to half a dozen friends & family. You can't just trust anyone with your momma but you can 100% trust Jen. Grateful for her! ❤❤

We’re Shenna & Solomon Blanks Gordon. Jen Shivak was a awesome Realtor. I remember given her a wish list of 19 things that I wanted when it came to purchasing our house. When it came to finding my forever home Jen checked off everything on my list except for one thing and that was a pool which wasn’t that big of a deal. My friends and family couldn’t believe that I got everything that I wish for when it came to buying our home. On April 17th, 2020 met Jen at our new home for a walk through and afterwards I went to my drive up Settlement. That day was the best day of my life. Jen Shivak is a Superstar Realtor. I would recommend her to friends, family and anyone who is lucky enough to get her as their Realtor. Jen never gave up on our dream of buying our forever home. Jen is one of the all time best realtors I have ever worked with. Most good realtors either have great work ethic or excellent knowledge of real estate and the local markets. She is a rare example of having both. Jen has it all, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
