About Jenifer

I grew up in Bootjack near the rocky West Fork of the Chowchilla River and have enjoyed raising my own family in the community that helped shape who I am. My experience has given me a unique perspective on real estate that few agents can offer. I entered the industry in 2004 as a mortgage loan officer, helping buyers, from first-time homeowners to veterans, navigate the financing process. For eight years, I served in the Mariposa County Assessor's Office as a Property Tax Appraiser, valuing residential, commercial, agricultural, and rural properties throughout the county. Over the years, my experience expanded into foreclosure auctions and ultimately residential real estate sales.
I've helped first-time homebuyers, veterans, investors, and longtime property owners navigate every stage of the real estate process. That diverse experience allows me to provide clients with a deeper understanding of property values, financing, and the many factors that influence one of life's biggest investments.
