Jenifer was a great partner to have on our side when purchasing an investment property for the first time. My friend and I were not very familiar with the area, but Jenifer helped ease our concerns. She provide us many different options, and walked us through the process step by step. Even with being new to purchasing a home (in a new state), we were comfortable working with her and asking hundreds of questions. After the purchase we are still working with her on best practices to lease our place out and ensure our investment is in good hands. 10/10 would recommend working with Jenifer for all your real estate needs. She's going to advocate on your behalf and keep a strong line of communication throughout the entire process.

Jennifer Salter is amazing! My husband and I were uncertain about some direction in our decision to sell,and he found her through an Ad on his phone. The minute her called her she called right back . Jenifer has been absolutely amazing through this home buying process. We are first time home buyers and had no clue what questions to ask or really anything. She was patient with us and answered all our questions. We had delays on our lender portion of the deal and Jenifer stayed on them through the delays to make the closing happen. If she had not been with us I don't know if we would be in our home today. I can go on an on about how great she has been with our family but just know she is invested and will give you all her attention. She treated us like we were her only client. If there were any delays Jenifer would let us know immediately and already have a plan B in place. She let us vent went things went wrong and she always stayed so calm with us. We love her and if we do buy again we will certainly be doing business with her again.

My home buying process was a long one, however Jenifer made the process seems seamless. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and always pleasant. She walked me through the process step-by-step, explaining the contract, making sure I knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped me through the process.

Jenifer is the best, to say the least!

First, she helped us find our second home, which we love! Once we decided to buy, Jenifer made numerous recommendations regarding the best lenders, lawyers, insurance providers, inspectors, contractors, and pretty much everything else. Since our family was on a month-long overseas trip while all inspections were being performed, Jenifer attended those inspections in person to ensure that everything that we were concerned about received adequate attention and scrutiny from the inspectors.

Throughout the entire process, Jenifer stayed on top of all communication between ourselves, the lender, and the lawyers; she explained everything that we had questions about (even beyond the scope of what any realtor can be expected to know); she made sure that all contracts were originated/updated correctly and signed by all parties on time; and she was able to handle everything and everybody with minimal direction from us. Jenifer effectively managed the whole process from start to finish and steered it to a successful closing with no hick-ups or delays.

Jenifer's professionalism, assertiveness, industry knowledge and experience, attention to detail, and great work ethic set her far apart and above others in her line of work. Her positive, cheerful, and delightful personality, coupled with overwhelming care for her customers, make working with her an absolute pleasure.
