If I had one word to describe our experience in selling our home through Jenn Hill, it would be 'Impressive'. 👍 Jenn went beyond our expectations. She guided us through the entire process, with expertise.

From the professional ' walk through' videography, - making sure the home was 'ready for showing', to hiring a crew for landscaping, cleanup, and small repairs.

Jenn knows the market well. We were able to pick from multiple offers within 48 hours of placing the house on the market, and closing was less than 3 week later.

We were able to complete the entire sale process without leaving our current home in Idaho. From accepting/rejecting offers, to signing at closing.

Jenn was recommended to us by our daughter, who has received the same exceptional service. And we highly recommend her to you.

How to put the Jenn Hill experience into words... Jenn is the kind of person you want to align yourself with in this industry. She's strong, smart and wears her heart on her sleeve. I can’t say enough good things about Jenn! She was incredible from the get go. Always put my mind at ease (cause we all know how stressful home buying is). Any questions I had she knew or knew who to ask and got right back to me. This is my first home. I told her what I was wanting and that’s what she took me to. She never “pushed” any house on me, very respectful of my wishes and wants. Not very many are, some are very pushy. She isn’t! I am forever grateful for all the help and guidance she offered to my husband and I! We love you so much Jenn and 100% willlll be using her again if we ever buy again!

Everybody told me it's going to challenge my patients buying a house but with Jenn everything went super smooth she found houses for me to look at that was spot on for what i was looking for and I think it was only the 3rd or 4th house I looked at and second house I put an offer on they excepted my offer and after that she basically took care of everything from home inspection to home appraisal she is a real great person to work with and I will diffenately be recommending her and her team to anybody that is in the market of buying a home
