I knew the minute that I spoke to Jenn on the phone that she would be our realtor. She has an amazing enthusiasm for her work and is so knowledgeable in the industry. She was patient with us until we found the perfect home. Due to some personal circumstances we had to take a year long pause on our search. Jenn was completely understanding, patient and persisted with us. We felt like she listened to our needs and made us feel at ease each step of the way. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jenn to anyone for their mortgage needs. We couldn’t be happier finding the greatest realtor as well as a lifelong friend!!

Jenn Penn attended to every detail in advising and assisting in preparing my condo for sale in Old Bellevue. Step by step Jenn worked with me to look at options as to timing of the sale, and how to highlight the home to present its favorable features with pleasant vibes. Jenn met with me at each strategic stage of the sale; she also responded quickly when I needed further clarification. Jenn became a friend that I could count on. I felt secure and confident that my living transition would be completed favorably. And it did!

This is my third transaction with Jenn. She took the time to listen to what I wanted in my next home and when we looked through listings, she made sure to point out things that I had forgotten in the excitement of looking i.e. what's around the neighborhood, can I access transit, etc. At the 7th showing, I said "this it it"! Even though she was sure it was the right place for me, we carried on to look at the remaining listings for the day to ensure I was making an informed decision. Doing so only solidified my instincts and I'm glad I had those additional viewings to compare and contrast.

Jenn communicates well and operates with a quickness because she is invested in your goals and wants to see you achieve it, not rush through and just make a sale. She is well-connected to lenders, home stagers and other professionals in the industry to make sure you get a first-class experience. Because of her, I was referred to a stellar mortgage broker who worked hard to secure me the best rate!

She not only is a stellar realtor, she is also a good person and explained her reasoning for every decision, all of which were to our benefit. She is creative and a joy to be around. Jenn came highly recommended to us from several trusted friends and colleagues and now I know why. We were first-time sellers and Jenn anticipated every need and the process was incredibly smooth. She's detail-oriented, candid, and gives her professional opinion while also offering options and describing possible paths. I especially appreciated that she cares about every person involved in the transaction--if I were buying a house being sold by Jenn, I'd know nothing was hidden and no corners were cut.
Our transaction was a little tricky timing-wise as we were halfway across the country by the time our house was listed. Everything happened on-time or early with no complications, with the help of Jenn and her team. She also provided us with several options to leverage the equity in the home to get it ready to sell. The painters, stagers, photographer, etc. she recommended for preparing our house to sell were also top-notch.
In a time when the market was starting to cool off, we received several offers over asking in our first week and had no complications during our sale. I believe we have Jenn's experience and recommendations to thank for that, and we're so thankful to have had her help in this process.

Jenn was referred to us by several friends and she was a delight to work with. This was our first time selling and Jenn was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. She patiently guided us through the process, answering our millions of questions and facilitating all the things we needed to do to make our condo ready to sell (pre-inspection, etc).

We appreciated Jenn's candid style most of all- I can't say enough about how important this was for our experience of the process. Jenn is straightforward, realistic, positive, and down to earth, all of which made us trust her advice on every decision we made.

Jenn's advice and the work she recommended to prepare the condo paid off. Our unit sold faster than other similar properties in the area and the sale was so efficient that we closed earlier than anticipated. We couldn't be happier with the results and we'll refer Jenn to everyone we know.

Jenn Penn is a Rock Star! She was wonderful to work with. She made the process of selling our parent's home go smoothly. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, smart, connected, aware of the market...I could go on and on. Her advice on investing in what to update and refresh was spot on. Not only did she make the suggestions but she has the resources and follow through to make things happen. As situations arose and decisions had to be made her guidance and candor made the process run smoothly. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Jenn. If we had another property to list in the greater Seattle area Jenn Penn is the first and only call I would make. I would 1000% recommend Jenn Penn!

Jenn Penn was amazing to work with. From the beginning she asked questions, really sought to learn what we were looking for, and was honest and available for random questions throughout the process. It took us eight months to find a home because we were so picky on what we wanted, but Jenn was patient with us, never making us feel like we were wasting her time. She always gave us her honest feedback about the houses we saw and that meant the world to us. So when we finally found the dream home - the needle in the haystack - she leapt into action and I firmly believe was the main reason we ended up making the sale happen. She is the one you want to work with, especially in the market as it is today. Can’t say enough things about her. She’s just amazing.
