My husband and I met Jenna a little over 3 years ago. We were moving to NC from Ohio. Needless to say it was a stressful move. Trying to get here and see as many homes as we could on a short weekend so we could get back to Ohio for work. Jenna goes above and beyond every single time! She knew our situation and ran with it. Made sure we were able to see everything we wanted to and had suggestions along the way. She was there for us through the entire process. Not only did she help us find a home but she also met with a designer(as we were in Ohio and unable to be there) for the new furniture we were buying and so much more!! She checked in on us frequently and always does. We immediately knew meeting this young, compassionate, intelligent, and empowered woman that she would go so far in her career. I think at one point I told her someday you will own the company you work for! Not only has Jenna been such an incredible realtor for us but now after knowing her and working with her on many other purchases over the years she is our family! We love her and know that she will continue to excel in anything she chooses to do and wherever her career takes her. You couldn’t possibly go wrong with Jenna Black Real Estate because even if she wouldn’t be who you’d work with, I know for a fact, that she will only have people working with and for her at her caliber of excellence!!

Jenna was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with! We went through a pretty messy home buying process due to some unforeseen issues that no one could have prevented. Jenna talked us down off our ledge when emotions ran high, she stood up for us when sellers tried to bully us around, and she went absolutely above and beyond to help ensure we made it to the closing table! I don’t think another realtor would have stuck with us through the muck, let alone been so gracious when we were freaking out. She is professional, kind, compassionate, and when we found the right home she was just as excited for us as we were! I don’t just feel like I gained a realtor, I feel like I gained a friend! Thank you Jenna for literally EVERYTHING!!!

Jenna and her team is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friends on the “inside” that are working for you. Jenna really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. She has many resources available to help make your selling or buying process so much easier. She is very knowledgeable in her profession, has many social media outlets which allows her business to grow (making it nice for you as a seller and buyer), and always stands behind her word. She’s a hard worker and will put forth the effort it takes to get you what you want. We have made a realtor friend for life and she will be apart of our next home buying transaction. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Jenna was an AMAZING realtor! She provided us so much information on the process of selling our home and also showed us comps so we felt confident in the price. During the process, she updated a spreadsheet with offers and any information and any information we needed she was right there to assist! We moved out of state during the process and she helped us so much since we were not in state.
We are so thankful for her help during the selling process! If we move back to NC, we will definitely use her again!

Here to say it again, Jenna is THE BEST! She helped my husband and I sell our first home in May of 2021 and just recently helped us purchase our dream home in December of 2021! Jenna really enjoys selling houses, and that is evident by the amount of enthusiasm she puts in her work. She uses very unique ways to get the word out about your house, like using social media and YouTube. We just closed on our first home & Jenna was truly the best decision we made! We spare of the moment texted her, she met with us the SAME day! The day after that we were looking at homes. We found a home we really loved & of course it just went under contract. Jenna didn’t stop there. She used all her resources and found our home 2 houses down! Brand new, not even on the market yet. She sent our offer in & notified us not even 24 hours later! After that, it was all a breeze. She communicated with us, did not once leave us out. She took care of everything! & accommodated every need we had! Definitely will continue to recommend her & will be using her when we are ready to build our forever home in the future!
