Amazing experience, Jenna was great and worked with us to find the perfect home. We took a couple of years to do this but she was patient and helpful. We then used her to sell our current home and thanks to her planning and timing we had a contract/sale within 2 days of listing. Her team was also amazing and quickly answered any questions we had and kept everything on track for easy closing. Would recommend to anyone!!

Jenna and her team were great! I've bought and sold a handful of houses over the years. Some were more stressful than others but Jenna and her team made this sale approach zero stress. If I were staying in the area I would definitely work with her again.

We were so happy working with Jenna and Gail. We felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire process. We interviewed a few agents before deciding to list with Jenna. Jenna recommend the highest listing price of anyone we interviewed. I was a bit apprehensive, like was she overvaluing my house to get my business? I needn't have worried. The house sold for full asking price (less a few grand in closing help) on the very first day it was on the market.
I also was worried because of the sheer volume of business Jenna and her team do. I was afraid she'd be so busy (with more expensive homes) she'd take a long time to get back with us regarding questions and other correspondence. These concerns were also unwarranted. Jenna was always available to us, and in the rare instances when she wasn't, her assistant Gail was able to promptly assist us. We NEVER had to wait long for a response.
I would (and have) recommend(ed) Jenna Davis to any of my friends.

As you can imagine, trying to buy a home long distance is not so easy, but we were given Jenna Davis' name and what a wonderful experience we had. She went over and above working with us through e- mails trying to get to know us and what we wanted. By the time we got to come to St. James to look, a lot was already gone! Jenna is an amazing realtor! She is great at explaining everything that is happening and why it’s happening and is always super patient and understanding. There were a few times we didn’t understand what was happening or why something was happening and got a little frustrated however she never changed her positive attitude and was always reassuring and helped explain the process more thoroughly. This is the second time we have used her to buy our home and she also sold the first home we had used her to buy through. She made our experience amazing!

Jenna recently assisted us with the sale of two unique rural properties which were both over 100 miles away from my primary residence. I knew to get these properties liquidated quickly I needed to identify a Realtor with local knowledge and a significant online presence to ensure they would be marketed aggressively. I also wanted to work with someone who would utilize the latest technology tools to make a long-distance transaction as easy as possible. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice to hire Jenna to get both properties sold. Listing and selling both homes couldn’t have been smoother as Jenna knew the market, communicated a pricing and marketing strategy, and then got to work. In both instances it was Jenna, not another Realtor, who brought the buyers to the table. Once under contract, she offered recommendations for inspections and minor repairs as necessary. She and her staff coordinated all the work and I found the fees to be very reasonable. Throughout the entire process we were in constant communication via phone, email, or text and all documents leading up to the closing were sent via DocuSign where they could be executed right from my smartphone. My expectations for this transaction were far exceeded and I cannot recommend Jenna enough!
