I would highly recommend Jenna to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate! Her expertise and excellent communication skills are hard to come by. She does whatever it takes to get the job done while making the entire process seem easy and stress-free. Jenna was diligent in every aspect of my complicated purchase from a church. She is patient and professional, while persistently ensuring that all necessary steps are completed through closing. Jenna even provided contractor recommendations to complete renovations. My wife and I had not worked with Jenna before. We were looking for a second home in the Black Mountain area and I called her about a listing. What I liked most about my first contact with her was her candor. She cautioned me about some of the characteristics of this first place in a most professional manner.
Then we found the house that we wanted. I will not bore you with the details but it was a quick offer and acceptance, that became very complicated as the closing approached. Jenna walked us through the whole procedure and we closed on the day the contract would have been breached. I do not believe the sale would have been consummated without her efforts.
She was great and has continued to help us with contractors etc. after the closing. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with her. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

Of all the agents we’ve ever worked with, Jenna has been most impressive thus far!
Jenna took over the sale of our home after we withdrew from our previous listing with another agent after having no success. After 9 days on the market, we were under contract! We just sold that home, right on time! We had excellent communication throughout the entire transaction. We knew everything that was going on and when, thanks to Jenna!
Jenna is also assisting us in the purchase of a new home! She’s been so available and efficient while consolidating showings as much as possible, emailing us all the information she can on any house we are interested in, keeping it real and advising us as we navigate this seriously tough market. We are really confident that Jenna will be able to help us find and close on the right home for us, as soon as possible!

Jenna recently helped me find my new home in Asheville, NC and I am incredibly grateful for her kindness and genuine care in making sure I found a house I could call home. Jenna is incredibly patient, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the area and very motivated to support you on your home search journey. She is a light in the dark of the complicated and often stressful home buying process. I've moved many times throughout my life and Jenna has been the BEST and BY FAR my favorite broker. I highly recommend working with her. In fact I'm a bit sad the process is over because I miss talking with her so frequently! Additionally I am searching for rural land in the Asheville area-- an entirely different style of knowledge base which Jenna also possesses.
