Jennette was born and raised in the Philadelphia, PA area. As a 2010 transplant to Virginia, she understands how stressful it can be moving to a new region and state as varied as the Northern Virginia area.

After graduating from the School of Visual Arts in New York City with a Bachelor Fine Art, she later established a successful event and floral business in Bucks County, PA. In 1998 she moved back to New York working in high-end Event Design for the legendary Philip Baloun working for high-profile clientele in the social, entertainment and financial worlds. As a freelance designer she contributed to projects that were featured in Bride's Magazine, Martha Stewart's Weddings and Martha Stewart TV Show. Jennette then began using these skills developed as a small business owner and in the special event field to stage properties for sale in Florida, including multi-million-dollar homes in the Florida Keys.
