I found a house on a Island in the middle of two rivers in the low Country of South Carolina on Friday afternoon around 4 pm. When Jennifer called me at 5:30 exactly the time I requested we discussed the fact that the only way to this property was by boat. I wasn't sure if we could get a boat that quickly but withen 10 minutes Jennifer had a reservation for one for 10am on Saturday. My son and I meet Jennifer and her husband Phill at the Boat...it was raining very heavy I was sure it was going to be cancelled, to my surprise they were willing to go. She piloted the boat through the storm all the time making great conversation with us. Now this was a pontoon boat with a leaking canvas roof and no windshield needless to say we were all soaked by the time we reached the property. We spent some time checking out the home it wound up that it wasn't for me no problem Jennifer was ready to set
up other homes for us to look at and spent the ride back getting a better understanding of what we were looking for...and what we weren't. If you want a Realtor that has a great personality and will go 110% above and beyond give Jennifer a call she will get you into a home you want.

We wanted a Condo with a never ending list of “must haves”. Honestly we didn’t think such a place existed. Then we met Jennifer. Wow. She found us several Condos that were perfect! We had to do virtual tours and she showed us the good, the bad and the ugly. We knew exactly what we were getting into up front. We fell in love with one, made an offer and got it!
