Jennifer Batty

Jennifer Batty (formerly Putrino) serves the entire Tampa Bay area, specializing in her hometown, St. Petersburg. She is a residential real estate broker associate and co-founder of the JL at Home Collection team.

Jennifer spent her childhood growing up in the Old Northeast and Snell Isle. As a St. Pete native, she offers a unique perspective and expertise on the community and local real estate market. Her approachable demeanor and down-to-earth style are apparent from the moment you meet her. To her, real estate is less about "sales" than it is about making connections and building lifelong relationships. Her eight+ years of experience in real estate has sharpened her ability to make customers feel at ease and well-cared for. Jennifer excels at anticipating needs and effortlessly relating to a wide variety of personalities. She understands that each customer, with their unique needs and expectations, trusts her with their largest investment.

Jennifer is a broker associate and currently serves as a registered trainee appraiser, working towards her Certified Residential Appraiser license. This gives Jenny unparalleled knowledge about the real estate market, residential home values, and current market trends. Jenny is also a graduate of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) program. Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Since 2013, she has pursued a successful career in real estate. Her experience allows her to leverage her marketing skills, sales experience, and local knowledge of the market.

Jennifer is actively involved in the community; a 2020 graduate of Leadership St. Pete, she also served on the Patrick Brett Foundation board for 6 years and has donated through 2ROOFS and REalize Giving. She is also involved in the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization.
