Jennifer Carter

Jennifer Carter has been a licensed real estate broker in Columbia for over twenty-four years. During this time, she has specialized in the residential market in both resale and new homes.

Jennifer has personally marketed homes for several local builders and has listed homes in Irmo, Lexington, Cayce, West Columbia, Lake Murray, Northeast, and in-town areas of Columbia. She was the exclusive marketing agent for the popular Governor's Hill in-town neighborhood, which became a sell-out after she took over the marketing. Current listings include homes in Irmo, the Northeast, Forest Acres, Cayce, and in-town.

Jennifer is married to fellow real estate broker, Tommy Carter. They have four grown children and five grandchildren. Tommy is Broker-in-Charge of the Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors Metro office.
