I was born and raised in Washington State. A lifetime of local experience has given me first-hand knowledge in the local community and schools. It allows me to be a resource to my buyers and help them find the community that is just right for them.

To help my sellers get top dollar for their homes I am an Accredited Staging Professional. I enjoy staging the “Presentation Look” into a house. I am also a designated Windermere Relocation Specialist, which gives me access to the most motivated buyers.

Many clients refer to me as their Real Estate “Strategist”. I am heavily weighted in Real Estate personally, with over 15 properties owned. When clients want to talk about what a great investment looks like, they call me.

Before becoming a Realtor, I worked in the Mortgage Industry. I spent several years in processing and originating home mortgages. I am able to help counsel buyers trying to make decisions about which mortgage is best for them, and interview the loan officer on behalf of my sellers, when trying to determine the strength of an offer from a prospective buyer.
