Jennifer DeLaRosa, her assistant, Laura Thompson, and the entire Jennifer DeLaRosa group are absolutely fantastic to work with. Jennifer transcended from an agent to a friend to family over the last two years. We had the pleasure to work with Jennifer twice. She initially sold us our wonderful home 30 months earlier. We had a sudden job transfer and returned to Jennifer to sell our home based on the previous wonderful experience. They make you the priority. She genuinely cares about her clients, the community, and the neighborhoods she operates. The Jennifer DeLaRosa group is well versed in current market trends. They operate as a strong team to sell and buy quality homes.

We listed our home, and within 72 hours, we had multiple offers that were well above the asking price. They handled market appraisal, listing, staging, offers, closing, and other associated tasks. Jennifer DeLaRosa group helped us buy a home in Ellicott City in the crazy market of 2021. Jennifer and her team are essentially a One-Stop-Shop when it comes to real estate. As soon as the first time we spoke to her on the phone, she immediately made us feel at ease. She understood our needs and promised to cater to it. And boy did she deliver!
Her understanding of the Columbia area and the market are superior. However, what makes her an exceptional agent, is her offer writing and negotiation skills. She was able to negotiate in our favor in a multi-offer situation, and yet get us a excellent deal!
After our offer was accepted, Jennifer and Laura ensured we were taken care of every step of the way until we were truly move-in ready.
The next time we or anyone we know will be buying/selling a home, I will recommend (actually, insist) on working with Jennifer.

In one word I can say the Jennifer De L Rosa Group ROCKS!! They made my experience selling my house seamless! They set expectation early on with an exact timeline of the process so there were no surprises along the way. In addition to the timeline, their communication was over the top. If I didn't hear from Jennifer herself, I heard from her assistant Laura who was always there to answer any questions I had. In my initial walk through Jennifer made suggestions on what to do to make the house "show" better and she was spot-on! My house looked amazing with her suggestions and her amazing staging team! As a first time home buyer I was looking for someone who would walk me through the process and help me figure out how to navigate the process. Jennifer did that and then some! I struggled to explain what I was looking for in a home but with Jennifer by my side she helped me look at houses and figured out what I wanted, sometimes even before I did. She was always available to answer my questions and made sure to set up scheduled phone calls if we had a lot to go over. We had put in offers on several houses that weren't accepted but she always stayed positive that we would find something I loved. In the end, I'm pretty sure her reaching out to the seller's agent is the reason I got my house! Jennifer exceeded my expectations and I couldn't imagine having done this without her. She helped sell a condo in Columbia MD for an estate. The unit was in poor repair. Jennifer strategized what repairs/upgrades to make (and, importantly, not make) to balance those costs vs higher sale price and shorter time-on-market. She helped find a contractor for most of the renovations and marketed the unit efficiently. Her network of contacts, knowledge of the market, and experience were key in making good decisions, achieving a quick sale, and overall making the prep/sale of this unit more manageable.

I’d be the last person to write a review for a real estate agent. My Last few involvements with agents have been just a notch above a tooth extraction. However, the recent condo sale experience with Jennifer have been nothing short of a godsend. The process was totally professional aided with some good apps and an experienced staff. As first-time home buyers, we were nervous based on our past negative experiences with the process. We decided to try again with Jennifer and were very glad we did! We met with her to discuss our list of requirements for a home as well as desired neighborhoods. She showed us some places she thought we'd like based on that information and put us on a list that met our criteria so that we would get updated as soon as a house came on the market. We were notified of a house listing the day it became available, went to see it the next day and put an offer on it. With her expertise, Jennifer was able to get the house for us in our price range even with two other offers. We closed one month later. We were shocked at how smooth it all was after hearing so much negativity about house-hunting from friends and family. She is professional but is very down-to-earth and relatable which makes communicating very easy. Jennifer always went above and beyond like when she offered to go door-to-door to find out if there were potential sellers in our favorite neighborhood when there were no homes for sale. She has a lot of good advice based on years of experience; from what questions to ask the seller to recommending inspection and home owners insurance companies. The entire process was made much easier with the online e-signing system and the fact that she was available around the clock to answer any questions that may have come up. As first-time buyers sometimes you feel like your questions are ridiculous but she made us feel comfortable with everything we asked. She was also very knowledgeable about the inspection process and helped us get some needed items fixed by the seller prior to closing. We were always notified of what was going to happen, and when, so there were never any doubts or surprises. I can't recommend Jennifer enough and will be using her again if we (ever) decide to sell the wonderful home she helped us find.

Jennifer has a fun yet professional approach to the home buying and selling processes! She is VERY responsive and held our hand throughout this adventure ( and believe me there was A LOT of hand holding throughout this )

Jennifer was open and honest with us, even when it was about things we didn’t WANT to hear but that we NEEDED to hear!
