Since 2001, I have enjoyed working as a Realtor with the Allen Tate Company. Real estate is my passion and provides me the opportunity to connect with a vast array of wonderful people, and the freedom to excel and thrive in my career.

I have been providing successful home sales for my clients over 25 years. I have worked diligently over the years to create a strong network of professional (real estate attorneys, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, land surveyors, licensed contractors, photographers/stagers etc.) partners, people I know and trust will assist me to the fullest “not just to get the job done” but to ensure the job is done extraordinarily well.

My specialties include Real estate contract negotiations, communication, marketing, photography, staging, problem solving, and scheduling (broad scale this includes all home and pest inspections, repairs, attorneys, insurance, surveys etc.). I understands the challenges both buyers and sellers endure before, during and after the real estate transaction is complete. I am with you every step of the way; from beginning to end, to ensure the process is as stress-free as possible.
