Jenny was very helpful in my apartment search! I can't speak much to her local knowledge or negotiation skills, since we did not talk much about either -- but I CAN heartily recommend her expertise and responsiveness!

This is my first time searching for an apartment, and Jenny really took the time to explain/describe all the different unit and building features, how the online application worked, what the move-in process would be like, and any other questions I had. I was able to text her some questions while I was working on the application, and she responded right away!

Bottom line: very friendly, very thorough, and very responsive!
