I have used Jennifer Echea as my realtor multiple times to buy and sell rental properties. She has provided exceptional guidance in all aspects of the processes. In searching for new properties, she found properties to review that met my specific needs, and highlighted the pros and cons of each. When I sold properties, she provided realistic recommendations regarding improvements that were needed to make the property more marketable, advertised accordingly, and was available to show the property whenever required. She was a great negotiator as offers were received and evaluated, and handled all the paperwork and other details in a conscientious and expeditious way.
