Jennifer helped us in our home search last year (2022). She definitely understood exactly what we were looking for and I really enjoyed her process of showing us listings we may be interested in. She was incredibly patient with us constantly adding to our ever-growing list of homes we wanted to see and dragging her all over the area to see homes. She even took the time to look into homes for my parents who were considering moving. I really can't say enough good things about Jennifer.

Well I can not say enough great things about Mrs. Jennifer Fast, very hands on, she made sure I got everything I asked for and more. Taking time to explain every single step and even did more than she should have done but did it without even being asked to. I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone that I know, or meet that is looking to sell or buy a house.
If or when I ever sell or buy again I will be using her.
I have made a friend for life.

Jennifer is a fabulous agent to have on your side. She worked so hard for us and made a lot of extra calls on the day of our first scheduled closing. When it was changed at last minute, from no fault of our own, she kept checking on us and alleviated the stress we felt! I cannot say enough good things about working with Jen to purchase our first home! We were forced to jump into the market at a tough time in early 2021 and were on a tight timeline with the unexpected ending of our rental lease. We weren’t sure what or where exactly we wanted to be and if it weren’t for Jen and her relentless efforts I don’t think we’d be home owners right now. She knew all the right questions to ask–both us and each potential seller–and was unbelievably patient and insightful as our search criteria changed over the weeks. I wholeheartedly believe she had our absolute best interest in mind and was truly invested in our search. She put in a lot of time behind the scenes and talked me through all the highs and lows of our very fast-paced search as the market continuously evolved, offering sound advice and recommendations along the way. Jen went to bat for us behind the scenes with every house we put an offer in on and we had the utmost confidence in her ability to handle multiple negotiations on our behalf. In the end, her honesty and guidance helped us narrow down what was truly important (for us) in a property and we ended up finding and purchasing a house on the very last night of our 2 month search after we had given up hope of being homeowners and conceded to renting another year.
While everyone’s home buying experience may not be as monumental as ours was, our home is a longtime dream come true and we couldn’t be happier. Jen is a true professional that loves what she does and it’s very clear in her persistent work ethic. I recommend her to everyone I can and I appreciate her for all the hard work she did to make our dream a reality.

Jennifer went above and beyond to sell our property and even dealt with some issues she probably never encountered before. With her help, we were able to clear up an error with our title, get within our acceptable price range abs close in a timely manner. I am not sure that I was a good customer. It was not that I was difficult to work with or rude. No, my parents raised me right.

Instead, the difficulties related to the fact that I had never bought a land/home before. I had no idea about the process. I was also entirely unfamiliar with the N. Georgia region where I was shopping. Added to this, I live three thousand miles away from the area and could not physically visit the listings. This what I mean about not being a “dream client.”

However, none of this mattered to Jennifer. She was my real estate shepherd and angel. What do I mean specifically? Well, for starters, she drove out to numerous lots—with her video phone in hand—and emailed me detailed footage. She provided important quality of life information about potential neighborhood’s schools, tax rates, and family environments. I quickly recognized that Jennifer was not trying to sell me anything. She was trying to help me buy the home that I imagined.

Once I settled on a purchase, Jennifer really kicked it into “high gear.” She represented me in the transaction and saved me thousands of dollars in the negotiations. She put me in touch with a local banker who provided my financing. She even agreed to take on Power of Attorney in order to sign the closing deal paperwork, excusing me from taking a cross-country flight during a pandemic. How much more can a person expect, especially, as I only later learned, the property’s seller paid Jennifer’s commission. She did a 1000% job to help me out and I was not even paying her?!

As the old adage notes, people tend to do good when others are watching and they stand to gain advantages. However, those who do the right thing without the promise of rewards are the truly righteous. Jennifer found no great treasure with me. Rather, she found an inexperienced customer who required significant help. None of this mattered. She is a highly capable and knowledgeable realtor, possessing of a fine character and set of values that involves treating people with patience and consideration. I am very thankful for the relationship she helped us to develop, as well as the home that helped me to find.

Jennifer was referred to us by a friend and I must say that she is great! After contacting her she came out and took very appealing pictures of our property and had it listed the next day. She always kept us in the loop about what was going on and was very easy to keep in contact with. Although there was a small delay on the buyers end and we were starting to get discouraged she always maintained a positive attitude and followed up with the buyers agent to ensure things were still progressing on their end. I would definitely recommend Jennifer if you are trying to get your house sold!
