My wife and I bought our first home this June, moving from apartment life in New York City to a four-bedroom house in Upper St Clair with our three kids. We’re both so grateful to have had Jenn on our side during the process. Being unfamiliar with the area, finding the right realtor felt like a daunting task. We spoke with several; but ultimately we felt most comfortable with Jenn due to a combination of her relatability, genuineness, responsiveness, and some outstanding referrals. But what most set Jenn apart for me was something about her background: Jenn notes on her website that she was a professional musician prior to starting her real estate career, and that she still has a passion for playing. This suggested to me that Jenn, being an artist, likely possessed high levels of empathy, honesty and integrity—in other words, that she was trustworthy. Jenn did not disappoint! We never once felt like Jenn was trying to “sell” us on a house or persuade us in one direction or another. Instead, on every house we toured, Jenn mostly limited her comments to fact-based expert observations (which were very helpful!) while otherwise allowing us space to make our own judgements about what to like or dislike. And from a technical perspective, she nailed every step, from preparing our first offer through handing us the keys on closing day. Jenn brought sanity and competency into what could have been a dizzying episode. Not to mention, she’s great company in the car! I’m so glad we went with her.

Jenn is so kind and knowledgable. She helped me explore my options in Pittsburgh and the surrounding area. Instead of just putting me on a MLS search, she would reach out and point out specific homes she thought I might like and her recommendations were excellent.

I was a bit overwhelmed with all of my options and she helped me get a better idea of all the different neighborhoods within Pittsburgh, which one(s) would be a good fit for what I was looking for and all of the factors that influence the home's value.

Whether you're buying or selling, I HIGHLY recommend working with Jenn! She knows her stuff and is a pleasure to work with!

Jenn Faure is an amazing person and realtor! I would 100% recommend Jenn to EVERYONE.

I used MyAgentFinder about 9 months before we were planning on selling our home. I'm a bit of a planner and this was our first time selling, so I may have prematurely started looking. I was put in contact with 2 agents. I told both agents that I may have jumped the gun and we weren't planning on selling until March of the following year. The first agent's response was, "Ok - Reach out when you are ready to sell." Jenn's response, "It's never too early to find out information. I will keep you updated on how the market is doing in your area." And she did just that! Jenn reached out every month or two to let me know how the overall housing market was doing and what my area was experiencing.

At the end of 2022, my daughter and husband were having some serious medical issues and I hadn't responded to some of Jenn's updates. In January, she reached out with another update and I told her I was sorry for ignoring her but my life was a little crazy. Jenn sent us flowers and really cared about what was going on with us personally, not just from the business side. She took that extra piece of caring that seems to lack these days.

Jenn came to the house several times over those 9 months to let us know of any recommendations she had before we listed the house. Our meetings consisted of 2 children running around the house and Jenn didn’t mind at all. She made sure to acknowledge them and included them in our conversations. She responded very quickly to all of my texts/emails. Jenn was with us every step of the way and we had a very smooth listing and selling process.

We listed our house at the end of March 2023 and it sold in less than a week! Jenn put in 9 months of effort for us. Jenn is very honest and down to earth. She made us feel like we were important and not just a sale.

Jenn is quick to respond to questions and communicate any updates on the process. My husband and I closed on our house at the beginning of November and it has been such a respite from moving from out of state! We were searching for a home from Southeast Louisiana (some house tours were remote, some were in person) and weren't familiar with any of the areas around Pittsburgh. Having a knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate agent who was empathetic and looking out for OUR best interest was imperative to a successful move.

We felt an immediate connection with Jenn. With the unique housing market during our search from June - September, us moving from out of state, and going through a VA loan, it was discouraging at times when a house didn't work out. Jenn never sugar-coated anything and was always transparent with us but she remained our dependable encouragement whenever spirits were dampened. And when the offer on our current house was accepted and when we closed, she celebrated WITH us!

It is truly a breath of fresh air to see someone in Jenn's line of work not just trying to make money (granted, it's her livelihood) but who admires and respects people and the relationships that are formed between them (i.e. her and her clients as well as between the sellers and the seller's agent). I was translating to a family in buying a house. I didn't know much about the process. We started to look for houses on the internet. We were lucky to find Ms. Faure. This Beautiful lady Was honest, very helpful every step on the way beyond the issues on the search, mortgage and even after closing. Me and my wife worked with Jenn on our first home purchase. She is knowledgeable in the South Hills area and is able to convey that knowledge in a way that helped us make sound decisions quickly.

We enjoyed working with Jenn so much we decided to go back to the well for our first sale in 2021. It was a hectic time for us but, again, Jenn’s calm demeanor and ability to convey market data in a meaningful way helped guide us through the process.

If we end up moving back to the Pittsburgh area, Jenn will certainly be our realtor of choice.

I worked with Jennifer after interviewing a number of realators when the realator I was initially working with dissapeared. I was very happy with my choice.

Jennifer was good at communicating complex information (eg. her thoughts on the probabilities that a certain type of maintenance had been done) during a tense bidding period (another bidder came in late with a higher counter offer, but the seller went with ours).

She's also not pushy -- the ability to communicate so much information in a low stress way is rare. (A skill I wish I had)

I bought my first house and a second property through Jennifer and were I to purchase another one the Pittsburgh area I would definitely go with her.
