Jennifer Feinberg

I started my Real Estate career in 2011. My father had just sold a family business that I had been a part of, and my youngest child was entering 1st grade. It seemed like the perfect time to pursue my interest in Real Estate.

Real estate is a natural career choice for me not only because of my ties to the Central Pa community, but also because of the dedication and self-confidence I developed in running a family business for 10 years. My use of technology, knowledge of accounting, and problem solving skills are assets to my career in Real Estate.

I quickly found that being a Realtor is my "calling". I love every challenge presented to me and embrace the joy I get helping my clients buy and sell their homes. Not only do I LOVE every day of this career, I have also quickly found success.

In 2015 Amber Booth-Heshler started her real estate career and I formed the Jen Feinberg Team. Our mission statement is to "Provide the BEST service, Great Communication and make your Buying and Selling experience Simple Easy, and Fun". We continued to grow year over year, and by 2020 we proudly achieved our company's highest award, Platinum Club, top 1/2% of all agents in the Berkshire network in the country.

Our team has maintained our status in the top of our field and company. We focus on each client's situation as unique, and bring our past experience, industry knowledge, and community and real estate connections to the table to achieve a successful outcome.

We are licensed to do business in the state of PA but most of our business is focused in Central PA; Dauphin and Cumberland Counties, as well as parts of Perry, York, Adams, Lebanon and Lancaster counties. We do have referral partners throughout the state and country if you are looking to buy or sell in other areas.

We focus on residential sales, both buying and selling homes. We LOVE working with first-time home buyers. We have worked with MANY families and individuals downsizing and can provide resources and guidance on that process. We have helped buyers build with most of the builders in Central PA and have found our experience with new construction both exciting and extremely helpful to those clients considering that path. Our team has touched on almost every aspect of real estate sales and we enjoy and grow from every experience.

Since 2011, our team has assisted over 650 families in buying or selling their homes and sold over $150 Million in real estate.

I am dedicated to helping my clients buy and sell their homes, quickly, easily and as smoothly as possible. I take pride in the relationships I develop with my clients and call many of them friends.
