Jennifer Finken

I have been involved in many different facets of real estate since 2004 when I obtained my Real Estate License here in Arizona. I started as a leasing consultant for a multi-housing apartment unit and quickly was promoted to manager of a 300+ unit community. From there I began helping clients find rental properties that matched their specific needs. I gained relationship building skills and superior customer service skills during my adventures there. I have also worked for a new home builder and am now representing Buyers and Sellers, and hopefully you! I believe my experience has given me a well-rounded skillset that will only help me to help you.
I have received Agent of the Month awards In February, March, May, and November 2013 for having the most transactions, and most recently received the X-Factor award in August of 2015 for most sales with the survey scores over 95%. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Management in December of 2015, the Accredited Buyer Representaitve (ABR), the Military Relocation Professional certification (MRP), the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and am e-PRO certified through the National Association of Realtors. I am dedicated to continuous education and will do my very best to use my knowledge to go above and beyond for you.
I have lived and worked in both the East Valley and the West Valley. I believe that gives me an advantage over other agents because I am familiar with many different areas in the Phoenix area. I specialize in Laveen, Litchfield Park, Glendale, Tolleson, Tempe, Mesa, Ahwatukee, Gilbert, Chandler, and Queen Creek.
