About Jennifer

Jennifer has lived in Wilmington since 1992 coming from the DC/Northern Virginia area and Boston. She has also lived in upstate New York, the Midwest, and has traveled quite a bit internationally. Prior to her twelve years in real estate, Jennifer worked for seven years as an account manager in the Advertising and Marketing fields. Jennifer has two school-age children, so she is well versed in discussing local schools. Raising children in a beach community has been a wonderful experience - from early surfing lessons to just spending a lot of outside time with their toes in the sand.

She loves outdoor fitness and enjoys cycling, swimming, running and yoga. Although Jennifer has listed and sold properties throughout the tri-county area and in all price ranges, she enjoys assisting in corporate relocation. She has a personal affinity for older homes even though she recently moved into a new home with boating access. Her client base is referral generated and she is known to be direct and honest.
