I've lived and worked in the Union County for the last 20 years. Successfully helping buyers and sellers in the surrounding counties of Charlotte/Mecklenburg, Anson, Cabarrus, Stanley, Gaston & Iredell counties in NC as well as York, Lancaster & Chesterfield counties in SC. It has been my pleasure to help guide hundreds of sellers and buyers move into their dream home or on to the next phase of their life. Today's Real Estate market is ever changing and it takes someone with real experience to navigate changes in prices, interest rates, forms, lending regulations & guidelines. I also pride myself as a strong negotiator for my clients. Tough transactions like foreclosures and short sales don't scare me and I am well versed at tackling these unique transactions.

For the past 15 years, I have volunteered at the local, state and national Realtor Associations. I was named 2017 Charlotte Regional Realtor Assocation Realtor of the Year and have been a CRRA, NAR & NCAR director, local 2012 Charlotte Association President and am currently on the state forms committee, Chair in 2017. I love volunteering with our Realtor Associations and these activities keep me up to date on everything that affects the housing market and homeownership.
