She answered all of our questions, not matter how trivial or late at night, quickly and sufficiently. In addition, she has a wonderful network of people to complete all of tasks of buying a home. I probably will not be buying another house anytime soon, but when I do I will definitely contact Jennifer. In addition to helping us find and complete the process of buying a house, she treated us with a gift for our newborn baby!!! Jenn was an amazing help during our house buying process. She listened to what we were looking for and found a huge variety of potentials. She also provided a lot of information in terms of the different areas and how they are changing. We would never have been able to getting through the actual buying process without her help in negotiating the agreement and work that needs to be done on the house and signing all of the paperwork. Thanks to her, we even managed to do the settlement while we were on vacation! Jennifer helped me find a home over the course of about 6 weeks. During that time period she was never pushy; she was always very professional and made herself available to do showings with little advanced notice. Her knowledge of the real estate market really showed when she explained to me the various strategies and approaches that she implements when she puts together an offer for her clients. If you are looking for a home, then there is really no reason to call anyone other than Jennifer.

She was tenacious, yet never pushy, and did the most thorough up to the minute market research to establish the best price point I embraced. She negotiated on my behalf a better price than I expected and would have been willing to settle for, and handled the closing for me in my absence. No complaints. Recommend her highly. We were very impressed with Jennifer throughout our home-buying process. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and had a lot of questions about the buying process and about home ownership in general. Jennifer was very patient with us and very responsive to our questions and requests. She has a lot of experience in rehabbing her own homes, and this knowledge enables her to give very insightful pointers during showings and walkthroughs. She also advocated for our needs and wants very fervently, which was especially necessary during our negotiating process due to a very difficult seller's realtor.

I found Jennifer by chance on Zillow. After just one phone conversation, I knew that she was the realtor we needed. The stress of selling one home and purchasing another while working full time and caring for two small children was intense, but Jennifer helped relieve a large part of this stress. She is highly motivated, generous with her time, and a great communicator. My husband would actually call her instead of talking with me about the process because he found that she could more clearly explain things to him. I cannot understate how grateful we are to have found her. The process, which had many chances to become a challenging one, was seamless. Her mortgage team is straightforward and efficient. I was a remote seller, living about 300 miles from the property for sale. Jennifer facilitated everything such that the distance was of no consequence. She took steps to make sure the property looked lived-in, arranged for estimates to get needed work done, supervised the work and sent pictures of it when completed. She repeatedly went the extra mile to make my sale go smoothly, finally sitting thru an arduous closing meeting lasting some 6 hours to get it done. She even deposited my proceeds in the bank for me when everything was complete. Awesome! The first house I seen with Jennifer I decided to get. That was awesome, and Jen made sure I got my house at a reasonable price. She also made sure the things I wanted fixed in the house by the sellers got done too. The mortgage process was long and annoying, I had to switch mortgage companies and had to send the new company all my info all over again. Jen made sure she stuck with me through it all. I worked with Jenn this past year while buying my first home. Right off the bat she paid close attention to what we liked and were looking for. Our parameters kept changing as we went through the process and not only was Jenn very patient with all this her wealth of knowledge contributed significantly to the process. After finding a home we wanted Jenn worked with great urgency to get an offer in right away – which was very important as multiple people were interested in the home. Jenn answered any questions thoroughly, honestly, and promptly, and we were kept in the loop throughout the entire process. The home we purchased is a renovation that we found about 80% finished and she did an excellent job negotiating with the seller not only on the price but on upgrades we decided to add. From seeing our first house with her a few months back till closing she was there every step of the way. She is proactive, reliable, and worked her tail off the entire process. I highly recommend her as an agent and would work with her again in a heartbeat.

I thought Jenn did an awesome job in general in my transactions, but specifically on 2 fronts: 1) Negotiation and 2) Closing on new construction. On the negotiation front I thought she put my best interest in front of closing the deal and we got the best possible price on the house I wanted. She is an assertive and competent negotiator. 2) Closing: I was closing on new construction and there were many items to be completed. I did not have to be involved in the process because she handled all issues with the construction manager, and there were many. Again, in the areas where I needed someone on my side to handle tough problems, she handled them and I did not have to get involved, which is really what you look for when hiring an agent. I would highly recommend Jenn, she did a great job for me and will for you too.

Jennifer was supportive listening to my needs and my anxieties. This intuition led her to steer me away from some choices that were not in my best interest leading me to a home that i can truly make home for my family and me. At times I felt there was a lack of communication, as the whole process is stressful; however, I only needed to call or email to have her update me and assure me that there were some steps in the process occurring for which I just needed to wait and be patient. Ultimately, the process was relatively pain-free in a large part to Jennifer's knowledge and professional connections.
