About Jennifer

Jennifer Hargett has spent her diverse business career solving problems for clients and helping them achieve their goals and dreams, no matter the complexity or size. She brings that professional expertise and talent for building close client relationships to her Flathead Valley real estate firm, Hargett Mountain Properties, working with first-time homebuyers, families, or retirees looking to make Montana their home.

Jennifer is an Atlanta native, but her work in accounting, finance, real estate law, business development, agribusiness and interior design has taken her across North America, especially the Northwest. As she says, “I’ve pretty much hit every field in the country.” Conducting business in such a wide cross-section of the country has given Jennifer uniquely deep insight into the American West, which fuels her real estate work and planted the seeds of her love for the Rocky Mountains.

Through Bill’s business as a commercial real estate developer, Jennifer gained hands-on knowledge of the industry. She furthered that knowledge working in business development at a large law firm where she specialized in real estate. To fulfill a dream, she launched and managed her own interior design firm, where she developed not only a keen eye for design but also a talent for helping clients “envision the possibilities,” whether buying or selling.

After successful corporate careers, Jennifer wanted a change of pace and were drawn to the beauty of Northwest Montana, where she had long visited and owned a vacation property. It was time to call Montana home.

Jennifer feels endlessly fortunate to now live full-time in an area of such “beauty and majesty.” But what makes her even happier is sharing this majestic part of the country through Hargett Mountain Properties.
