A second-generation Californian, she was born in Oakland and raised in Piedmont. After attending Piedmont schools and the University of Arizona, she embarked on a 30-year career as a communications professional, most notably with Gensler, a global design firm. One of her favorite parts of working at Gensler was the experience of collaborating directly with her peers as well as the leadership, including Arthur Gensler himself. A career in real estate has always been intriguing and prompted her to earn her license in 2018. With the changing landscape of COVID-19, she took some time to reflect on what she would like to do next and was drawn to the idea of making a real estate career a reality.
The Grubb Company was a natural choice for her – a family-owned, boutique firm with strong leadership, unparalleled support, and a broad footprint. She is proud to be a part of such a phenomenal company. The experience gained from her time as a professional in a fast-paced, corporate environment has given her a strong work ethic, sharp business acumen, and a strategic mindset for planning and executing her goals. These traits, combined with empathy and integrity, will serve her clients well as they navigate the Bay Area real estate's competitive environment together. After 25 years of living in San Francisco and raising her daughter, she moved back to the East Bay to be closer to family. She lives in the Montclair hills with her husband, an award-winning architect, and enjoys spending time outdoors in the garden or hiking in our beautiful regional parks.
