I would highly recommend Jennifer as a buyers or sellers agent. She helped me find a new home for my family this year by going way above what I expected. She was responsive to my requests, thought about things before I did, sent me daily updates on new properties or properties back on the market. She was creative in forming offers to give me an advantage over other buyers. He commitment to find the perfect home for us really showed through! If you want an agent that is dedicated to working for you and your interests I would definitely recommend her!

We were very selective in determining who we'd work with in finding a property in the area we were looking to purchase in. We needed someone that knew the area, could bring the right resources forward to accelerate the closing as well as to provide estimates for planned work so we could understand total costs...mission accomplished through Jennifer's efforts! We found the house, gained agreement, conducted inspections, secured local financing, obtained legal assistance and more all through Jennifer leaving FL in 5 weeks time with agreement reached closing on the property 19 days later.

Jenn helped us purchase a condo in Palmetto, we can't say enough about how helpful she was in helping us close this deal. There wasn't a time when we texted/called that she didn't respond with detailed information to whatever questions we asked, she is simply amazing. After we closed we needed help finding trades to help us with our reno (Jenn to the rescue). We will be singing her praises to whomever will listen to us and we will definitely recommend her to anyone we know looking to purchase a property in her jurisdiction.
