About Jennifer

Jennifer King knows this area. Not just the area, but the streets, communities, and schools! Since moving to Central Florida from Kentucky in August of 1989, she has seen the area boom and has witnessed many changes. Attending Lake Mary High in the early 90’s, she watched Lake Mary Blvd expand from a two-lane road with just a couple of businesses to a bustling mecca of amenities in recent years with many gated communities and golf courses nearby. She’s raised her three children in the area and has appreciated all the fun things to do and the excellent schools the area offers. She began her real estate career in the beginning of 2005 and since then, she’s represented more than 450 families with their real estate needs, whether buying or selling. She has helped many first-time homebuyers, those looking for “move-up” homes while selling their current home, as well as those searching for their distinctive, luxury forever home.

Because of her knowledge and experience, she also currently provides community tours to incoming potential Hospital Corporation of America employees and physicians who are relocating to the area.
