We had a such great experience with Jennifer representing us for buying and selling. Very professional and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond, making sure our buyers and sellers reps were on track on their end. Which they were not, but Jennifer did the extra leg work, and stayed on top of them to make sure eveything went as scheduled, and that we closed on time. She is also a very sweet and kind person. I will 100% recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy/sell a home!

Jennifer has become like family to our family. She spent almost 18months helping to find our dream home. I had so many stipulations that I even had another realtor tell me I absolutely would NOT find a home with everything I was looking for in my price range and she quit on me! Jen stepped up and stuck it out with us! She could have thrown us into a home in the first 3months, but she didn’t. She understood the importance of family, faith, and honesty. I cannot say enough good things about Jen and I cannot refer her enough times. If you are looking for an agent who will take all of your needs and wants into consideration Jen is your lady. I have also gained a life long friend and so has my youngest daughter! To have an agent encourage family involvement and input and not rush you out of a home, or not want to answer the same questions a million times over would have been discouraging. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful to work with. She did not just try to sell us a house, she made sure to find us a home. We relocated from Florida to Ohio and Jennifer conducted walk throughs via FaceTime to accommodate our schedules, even into late evening hours. If something looked wrong with the house, she communicated and warned us if she didn't have a good feeling. Jenn answered all of our questions and would contact listing agents for any concerns about houses we viewed. Jenn communicated via phone, email and text for convenience. She continued to oversee things through the whole buing process when the bank and title ompanies weren't being as responsive. She made sure they pushed forward to get our new home closed on and keys asap. We were so fortunate to have stumbled into finding Jenn as a realtor and can't thank her enough!

In my past i was a Realtor. I got out of the profession after a couple years due to all the knowledge one had to have and because of all the ever changing contracts which i hated. Anyway, i moved my family to Ohio and needed a buyers agent and found Jennifer. She was amazing from the first moment i started to "interview" her. She knows the Cleveland area like the back of her hand and she really listened to my needs and recommended the community i fell in love with. She knows great professionals in the area who will help make a real estate transaction go smoothly. I totally believe in the professionalism of this agent.

She was so patient with us throughout the whole process and kept us constantly updated. Jennifer did a fantastic job helping us sell our home and finding a solution for our home search (building)! Jennifer not only guided us to high impact, low cost, updates to help us sell, but she also provided us with a list of people who could do the updates for us at a reasonable rate. Jennifer did a wonderful job in selling our house in North Olmsted. We were moving to Alaska and she put in many hours for us between the online site and in person. She kept us up to date on any changes and helped with unexpected procedures needed on the house with recommendations on who to contact or getting us someone to do the improvements/repairs. I would recommend Jennifer anytime to anyone looking to sell their home!
