I have been outside the US for a prolonged length of stay due to family matters since 2017 and found out that the tenant who was renting our house was not reliable with what we agreed upon and unruly. We desperately needed a property manager to handle our rental property, after 2 years of being in distress. Lo and behold, my mom and I found Jennifer Diaz with exemplary reviews when she searched on the internet. I had a gut feeling that she was the one! Since then, she has truly been heaven-sent. She possesses the qualities of a great Property Manager for she is very knowledgeable of real estate property laws, hard-working, assertive, patient, conscientious, quick in responding to my inquiries, exuding grace under fire in times of stressful situation, and her negotiation skills are awesome. Her professionalism shows how much she cares in every aspect of her job. She is a miracle worker and has results-oriented mindset. I admire her attention to detail and prompt intervention from minor to major problems.

We can focus more on our daily tasks now with the peace of mind, knowing that we are in good hands with Jennifer, and we feel secure with our rental property under her stern oversight. Having someone you can rely and trust for she values transparency is a rare find. The extra mile she will do for you is amazing. We cannot recommend Jennifer enough. From the moment we met her 5 years ago to this day, she is still our FAVORITE agent.

Because of how amazing she is, and how much we are grateful for her in our life, I want to tell our story!

I had to urgently relocate my father from California to the east coast in 2018, and I was so fortunate to be referred to Jennifer and her team. On a last minute note, Jennifer took on the challenge, hired contractors and other professionals, and within just a couple of weeks, she transformed my father's cluttered and outdated house to a lovely sparkly new home, and got us a great tenant in place, all in time for us to start receiving rental income before the new month began. And, all this was done on a very reasonable budget, which she took from the move-in deposit payments - we didn't even have to spend any extra cash. I had never worked with anyone of such efficiency and capabilities, nor have I ever since.

On top of her professionalism, and eloquent communication skills, Jennifer is also very kind, genuine and sweet. She even made a little cute wooden house artwork, with a picture of my father and I, as a thoughtful parting gift when we left California.

When this first tenant had to leave pre-term due to unexpected circumstances, she secured a super awesome new tenant for us in no time, and to our surprise and delight, even got us a portion of the previous tenant's deposit as penalty! The seamless operation of cleaning, paperwork handling and inspections all took place within just days. Our new tenant was settled in (and is still happily residing there) again, before the new month began.. the transition was so smooth and instantaneous. If you work with Jennifer you will not lose any precious time!

Over the years, Jennifer not only diligently and efficiently managed our property, but also helped us on many other occasions. She hired landscaper to keep our yard maintained, handyman to resolve damages and repairs both inside and outside the home, and even completed a few title transfers for us in California, with the help of her friend, an excellent real estate attorney. We know who to trust and who to call, if we need anything done in the real estate business, because not only is Jennifer extremely capable and pleasant, she's also resourceful with a dedicated team of experts who all love working with her!

Jennifer has now become a dear family friend, and partner. We can't thank her enough, and wouldn't be here today without her.

It is a great pleasure working with Jennifer. We find her to be straightforward, trustworthy, professional, very patient, and most of all - really competent.
We are soon to be repeat customers; after selling our home earlier this year with her, we are now in the process of finding our next home with Jennifer again. She has been there for us in-between as well, helping us with our current rental/housing situation.
Earlier this year (2022), even as the market was starting to shift from a seller's to a buyer's market. With a little bit of patience on our side and lots of hard work/effort on Jennifer's side, we got the price that we wanted to sell our house for (it beat our expectations). After the sale, Jennifer managed to arrange a rent-back from the buyer (when it wasn't necessary for them to agree to it), she then also found us our current rental (in a very convenient location) after our rent-back was over. Her knowledge of the area has been very helpful to us in a practical way.
Since we are also looking for our next home with Jennifer, one thing is for certain, she is on top of the market and our needs! It is almost like having your own personal assistant to guide you through the process, as she will keep you updated with new listings, and even homes that are yet to even be listed on the market.
We would also like to reiterate Jennifer's patience with us. She has been there to promptly answer all of our multiple questions/concerns, and has always given us straightforward and sound advice. At this point, we have looked at a lot of houses, but her patience with us, and also professionalism has always been astonishingly great.
Jennifer is someone who we would recommend first; to close family/friends, and as a matter of fact, anyone in need of a really great agent, for all of their real estate needs!

Jennifer was more than amazing, i worked with her pretty much the whole of 2021, she was extremely helpful (and this is me saying the very least). She handled everything for me, she went from place to place with me to check out homes (i cant count how many homes we went looking together) she even went above and beyond to view places for me when i was too busy to come along and sent me pictures, videos and even did facetime calls. Jennifer is the agent you want by your side when the time to make the most important financial decision of your life comes. She is the only reason why I was able to purchase my starter home, which by the way I still own today as a rental, and without her I would have never even considered buying my current home... And I cannot see myself living anywhere else!
