Jennifer helped my family and I sell a home in Wheaton and she made the whole process so seamless and stress free. She was great with communication and was incredibly responsive to all my questions and concerns; she never made me feel like I was bothering her by reaching out multiple times a day. Our buying experience with Jennifer was terrific! She was super patient as we were looking on and off for a home over the course of a couple of years. We had a specific type of home, at a specific price point, in mind and we were not in a hurry to purchase. Jennifer was great at understanding exactly what we were looking for, and she consistently kept us informed as to houses that were coming on the market that fit our criteria.

When we found just the right home Jennifer was super helpful in guiding us through the negotiation process. Jennifer was also incredibly helpful in the lead up to closing by suggesting a home inspector and helping us through the pre-closing negotiations.

I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Wheaton/Glen Ellyn area.

Jenni searched for and presented us with many homes to look at until we narrowed it down to the home we wanted to purchase. She was patient, responsive and professional through the entire process. When we negotiated the offer, Jenni was able to get us a good price and saved us money through her knowledge of the negotiations that we wouldn't have known about on our own. She helped us work through the inspection follow-up issues to bring even more value, and worked with our lawyer to ensure a smooth closing as well. I'd highly recommend Jenni whether you are selling your home or purchasing a new property.
