Jennifer Manning

Jennifer began her real estate career in San Diego at the age of 19. She followed in her grandmother's footsteps and became the youngest Realtor and eventually the youngest broker in the San Diego area. She was the company's #1 salesperson within 2 years and continued to hold that title for the next 3 years. In 1983 she took her real estate career to the next level in new home sales, developing an expertise which spanned ten years and earned her numerous awards for outstanding sales and service within her community. From 1991-1997 her Real Estate Company, Jennifer Manning and Associates, grossed over 25 million dollars in home sales, with an average sales price of only $128,155. After 18 months, they became the #1 seller of government homes in San Diego County and implemented a standard in marketing programs that is still widely used today by many San Diego Realtors. She relocated to Washington in 1998 and quickly became one of the leading new home community sales managers with John F. Buchan Homes, specializing in distinctive neighborhoods. After 16 months of excelling in new home sales, she decided to expand her career yet again, to include resale and relocation services by aligning herself with a well-established Real Estate Firm.
