About Jennifer

Jennifer has been a leader in the San Diego property management community for more than 25 years. She is a native of California, but claims San Diego is the best place to live in the State. When she is not working with our team, she may be creating an awesome food experience in the kitchen, enjoying playtime with her grandchildren, or sitting down to enjoy a good book.

Jennifer started her real estate career in corporate relocation and mortgage banking. After moving to San Diego in the 1990’s, she saw a unique opportunity to develop a program for the management of privately owned single-family homes and condos that would deliver a positive experience for tenants and result in increased ROI to investor clients.

As an active volunteer in the property management community, Jennifer and has served two terms as the President of the local San Diego Chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Managers), as President of the State Chapter of CALNARPM, and on various committees at the national level. She is a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and San Diego Association of Realtors.
