Jennifer Patty

As a Realtor/Broker for 31 years, Jennifer has the knowledge to handle any complex real estate transaction. This knowledge allows her to structure a transaction to avoid most of the pitfalls that clients can face. She certainly believes that preventing a mistake is better than trying to fix one later. She grew up in Tallahassee and graduated from Leon High School. Then went on to graduate from Duke University with a degree in Economics and Public Policy Studies. Jennifer is the past chair of the United Way Board of Directors and has been a board member for the last 10 years. She has closed more than $100 million in real estate and more than 500 properties.
