We are very fortunate to have Jennifer as our agent. Not only she is an experienced agent, she is also our lucky star. She found us a perfect lot to build our future home through her network just couple weeks while it takes average 2 year to find one. Then she helped us sell the house we called home for the past 26 years. Jennifer gave excellent advice on how to sell our house. Although we didn't understand at the beginning, but we followed her instructions and they all turned out critical to the success of our final sales. Our house was getting inquiries when Jennifer just put out "Coming Soon" sign. The house was under contract the 3rd day on the market.

We highly recommend Jennifer as your listing agent. Her experiences as a realtor, passions about her job, and patience with her clients, make her a realtor you can trust to work with.

Trust Jennifer! She is the best. She serves in her clients' best interest.
First, Jennifer helped us finding an awesome property in one of the hottest township in northern Virginia to build our "forever home" on.
Second, we listened and followed her advice to prepare our old house for sale. The results were fantastic! We received multiple offers within the first two days and sold our existing home well above the listing price on the third day. We could not have asked for a better result.

I have dealt with many realtors both buying and selling homes, and I have to say that Jennifer Ploch is the best one I have seen. She gave me great advice, negotiated a great price, and took care of me until closing day. She went above and beyond her duties. She checked on my contractors to make sure the repairs were done correctly, inspected the home before it went on the market, and made sure it was staged well and ready for prime time. I could not have asked for a better experience. She is highly capable and just top notch all around. You will not be disappointed.
