My home buying experience with my realtor Jen Rierson was amazing to say the least. I was half way across the world when I was referred to her by a close friend. Despite a 17 hour time difference, Jen was still able to make time for video meetings and reply very promptly to any emails or texts. She was able to put me in touch other amazing resources throughout the entire journey. My favorite thing was how less stressful Jen made the experience. I’ve always heard how stressful and painstaking home buying is, but Jen did a great job at alleviating a lot of it by even preventing it in the first place. I would say I never surpassed a 3/10 on a stress scale. When we finally met in person she was very kind and professional. Jen always kept me in the loop and was very keen to listening to what I was looking for as my first home. The portal she uses to send potential homes was also a very great resource that I thought was very efficient. I have no doubt in my mind that I will seek out Jen Rierson again for future real estate experiences. I am beyond happy, satisfied, and impressed with Jen and the experience I had purchasing my first home.

Jen and Elizabeth are experts! They took care of everything for us and made selling our house in Eastlake, CA much easier than we would have ever anticipated. She made everything extremely simple from putting us in touch with a mortgage broker to conducting walk throughs of our house ensuring it was in sellable condition. Jen also takes advantage of every marketing opportunity, including a strong online presence which is important in today's society. She is very detail oriented, even down to the melon/mint infused ice water and gourmet cookies offered at the many Open Houses she did for us.

This was my first time buying a house but my husband's third time and we both couldn't be more pleased with Jen as our realtor!! I interviewed her along with a couple other local realtors but she's the one I got the "warm and fuzzy" feeling with, immediately!

Throughout the entire process, she was extremely prompt when we would text her with questions or if we had interest in a house. Jen was so experienced and knowledgeable that she was able to explain the entire process every step of the way and gave us some tips on how to make sure we were getting a great deal.

I first contacted Jen Rierson over a year ago to casually inquire about taking the steps to eventually buy a home. Jen said she was a “no pressure” realtor, and she certainly lived up to that promise! She sent me several resources to educate myself on the market and lending options, and encouraged me to stay in touch. Above all, she made buying a home again much less fearful for me - I was impacted by the housing crisis 10 years ago, and sold my first home at a huge loss. I didn’t want to repeat that experience again. Jen understood my position and took care to provide realistic advice and assurances that the market was much different today than it was back then. Even so, I was hesitant. She reached out to me on occasion over several months, and when I gave her a target date to get more serious, she respected it. When that date came, she got me in touch with her preferred lender to get pre-approved before we looked at the homes together. Jen then set up a drip for available homes, and she spent an entire Saturday with us looking at 6 homes together. She was completely invested in us the entire day. Jen had already comp’d most of the homes beforehand and gave us great advice on what to watch out for, and how much the HOA fees, mello-Roos etc would impact total monthly cost. We ended up putting an offer in on a home that met most of our wishlist whilst coming in below our total monthly budget. This home already had an offer outstanding. Jen knew exactly how to sweeten the deal to entice the seller into choosing us, while still being fair and not overpaying! We ended up closing in 21 DAYS!!! She was with us every step of the way, making sure all items were completed on time, and that no stone was left unturned. She was a fierce advocate for us. We now are homeowners again - after nearly 8 years being renters since the housing crisis. Thanks Jen!

Edit: 8 months later, Jen remains in contact. She has sent multiple holiday and birthday cards, small gifts, and just yesterday gave us a complimentary market report of our neighborhood and our home specifically. Absolute the best realtor I have ever worked with!
