About Jennifer

A visual artist, Jennifer spent much of her early career using her keen design sense to merchandise and manage the Northeast region for a major player in the greeting card and paper industry. Leading a team of 130+ people for 16 years was a grind and after visiting friends in Columbia County, she knew it was time for a change. She loved the hustle and bustle of NYC, but knew a quiet home with ample gardens and historic character was just the new adventure she needed.

Jennifer understands that buying or selling a home is a deeply personal experience. A home is one of your largest assets and it must be handled professionally and with great care. With her creative background, years of visual merchandising, and customer service experience, she knows first impressions matter. She offers staging consultations, professional photography, video, floor plans and virtual tours for every listing. She markets her listings on social media along with traditional channels to reach the widest audience, as quickly as possible, a win for her seller clients. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) she goes the extra mile, guiding her buyer clients through the entire process, advocating for them, and making sure no detail slips thru the cracks. So whether you are selling your home, or buying your first home, forever home, or investment property, you will want Jennifer on your team to get the job done.

Real Estate is key to building generational wealth. It is Jennifer’s mission to help her clients wherever they are on their wealth journey by simplifying the real estate buying and selling process. Jennifer currently serves as Chairperson of the Education Committee and on the Board of Directors for the Columbia Greene Board of Realtors. She also serves on the Planning Board for the Village of Chatham. In her spare time, you will likely find her gardening or hanging out with her dog and enjoying village life in Chatham.

While she hasn’t worked in real estate her entire life, she has fully immersed herself in the industry and has earned multiple National Association of REALTORS®’ [NAR’s] Designations and Certifications which you can read about below: ABR, AHWD, GREEN, GRI, PSA, RENE, RSPS
