Jennifer Stauter

A second generation Realtor, Jennifer Stauter joined her family’s real estate business with Stark Company Realtors right after graduating, and the rest is history! Jennifer has dedicated much of her career to growing and expanding her real estate expertise. She established Victory Properties, LLC a real estate investment company in 1999 and Marquee Management Services, LLC in 2006 to include investment properties and rentals in her business. Jennifer uses her extensive real estate knowledge to help her clients with a number of real estate needs, from selling their house or condo, luxury real estate, short sales, and foreclosures to first-time home buyers and move up buyers. Past clients, referrals, and repeat business currently comprise 83% of her business.

Besides the fact that Jennifer’s family roots are in the Madison real estate industry, she decided to enter the field because she genuinely enjoys helping people. Nothing gives her more joy than being able to watch a first-time home buyer’s excitement as they go through their first transaction or being able to help those struggling to keep their home get rid of a stressful burden. As an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Jennifer helps sellers prepare their homes for showings in order to display their property in the best possible way to get the best price in the shortest time frame.
