Jennifer Szewcyk is consistently among the TOP AGENTS in the West Essex area, maintaining the National Association of Realtors -Circle of Excellence Sales award Silver level since 2009, along with the Five Star Professional Sales Award status since 2010, and the Top 10% of Realtor Worldwide with her previous Real Estate Company.

Recently, joining the C21 Wessex office, as the new Team Leader Jennifer brought over her knowledge and expertise from her 10.5 years at her prior company.

Serving as the assistant Sales Manager to her broker, while over seeing the office, marketing, sales and recruitment.

Born in Verona, and raised in North Caldwell, Jennifer began her interest in real estate at the age of seven, when she would spend many Saturdays at Leon Real Estate; her father’s brokerage. Her father was the youngest broker in Essex County and was in the million dollar club for many years, but forced into early retirement due to a heart transplant.

Jennifer has built her own reputation based on knowledge, drive and success. Her integrity, persistence, and solution seeking work ethic has enabled Jennifer to establish a vast sphere of influence in and around the entire community.

Jennifer is the ultimate professional. She knows her business inside-out and it shows every step of the way.

We moved back from Florida to NJ for the joyous upcoming arrival of our first grandchild. We started looking online from Florida and found a gorgeous-looking townhouse in Florham Park, near the rest of our families. It had only been on the market for less than a week.

Although we were a little leary about probably having to buy without seeing the place in person, Jennifer jumped right on it for/with us, starting with an in-depth FaceTime tour of the house. It looked so gorgeous and immaculate that we immediately put in a bid, and Jennifer took it from there, expertly (and successfully!) guiding us through a minor bidding war, with at least 3 other buyers.

Then she also expertly guided us through the Lawyer Review, Home Inspection (including follow-up), and Closing processes.

We had started looking online from Florida in mid-November, and we moved in on December 21, around a mere month later!

Awesome in every way!
