Jennifer was amazingly helpful throughout our whole home buying process. We felt at ease and heard. She was very attentive and prompt with communication. Our home search, application, and closing all went so smooth. She also has great connections to great loan lenders, inspectors, attorneys and so on. She definitely made our first time home purchase a great experience.

Jen helped us sell my moms home and was over the top amazing. Jen is kind, fair, honest and reliable and went above and beyond expectations. She went to my moms house at various times to check to make sure the house was secured and during a very rainy period check for water in the basement. She knows the business as she has been a realtor for many years. I would highly, highly recommend her and will be using her in the future for any real estate needs we may have.

Jennifer did a great job in selling my elderly mother's house in Garfield Ridge. She really knows the market in the neighborhood and helped clear out the house in preparation for the sale. She staged it using existing furniture and received an offer within 2 days. Jennifer was a joy to work with from start to finish!

Jennifer worked with us to sell our dad’s house which was not lived in for several months. She was a rock star from our first contact until after the sale. Jennifer is a seasoned realtor who is dependable, thorough, and kind. Since our dad’s house was held in a trust, it was important to us that our realtor be familiar with that process – and she was. It was also important that she suggest and coordinate various contractors and be able help them gain access to the house & then lock up. We absolutely had complete trust that she would take care of those tasks. One day she noticed the smell of gas coming from the basement and immediately called People’s Gas. She met the representative at the house, who found a gas leak. The gas was shut off and Jennifer helped find a contractor to fix it. We were ever so grateful. Jennifer nailed the asking price – we accepted an offer in 2 days. Jennifer suggested we use our dad’s furniture to stage the house and told us that she would take care of removing the furniture after the sale. What we did not expect is that she found a family who was in need of furniture and could not afford to buy it. We were ever so grateful that she cared enough to find a home for our parent’s furniture. She is truly a person of integrity and honor. A week after the sale I needed comps for home sales in the area from years ago for a tax issue. Jennifer stepped up and provided what we needed. She always goes above and beyond your expectations. We highly recommend Jennifer!!

BEST Realtor! We worked with Jennifer on the purchase of our 2nd home, she is not only very responsive and reliable but she will put in the work to find out things about the property that you may not even be thinking about. She will have you and what you are looking for at her first priority and always available when needed. I have recommended her to anyone looking for a home since we worked with her, I would not at all consider anyone else, she takes interest and great attention to detail on all you are looking for in a home or if you are selling your home! We were selling our first home and looking for our second home when working with Jennifer so we were able to see how amazing she is in both aspects, selling and buying our homes! We continue to be super impressed with all she does, she went the extra mile with our home we were selling and had professional pics taken!

Jen was able to sell our parents’ house in less than two weeks. She was honest with her assessment of the property and responsive to our questions and requests. Her staging of the house blew us away. We almost wanted to move back in! She provided an excellent, caring experience for a process we knew would eventually come but were not looking forward to. Super happy I went with Jennifer. She was right on the money of what I can expect to get price wise for my property. Excellent value. She went way beyond the call of duty when it came to working out the details and settlement costs needed to be done before closing. Kept me updated throughout the selling process. Very responsive with any questions or issues I may have had. Overall, was pleasant to work with. Can see why she is well regarded or respected in her field of expertise. I also used Jennifer when I bought my last house and that is why I chose her again. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Realtor, Jennifer Tapia. ...Jennifer has helped us on 2 separate home sales - once for sale of our parents’ home and then for sale of our own home some years later. Each house closed within 4 months of listing. On one, we received our asking price and on the next we received very close to it.
We would have wanted her help for our next purchase but we moved 3 hours south of Chicago area.
Our experiences with Jennifer is that she has “integrity mixed with experience and professionalism.” More than that - trust! Jennifer has so much patience, and after working with her, I think of her as a friend.
