I was referred to Jenny Taylor by a friend of mine. When I first started the process of finding a home for myself I was expecting it to take a long time because of the market, surprisingly that was not the case. Jenny prepared me in the beginning of what I was enterring, considering we are in a seller's market. Our first conversation we had she was just focused on me and what I was looking for in a house, so that way we could reach the ultimate goal of me becoming a first time home buyer. She set me up with some really good web sites for me to find houses and was constantly sending me different homes that I might be interested in. Everytime I saw a house that I liked she had a private showing set up for me within hours. SInce she did a great job prepaing me I was able to get a purchase contract on only the second house that I bid on. She even gave me some pointers on the house that I ended up purchasing. If you are looking for a real estate agent to help you with purchasing a house, in my opinion it is a no brainer get in contact with Jenny Taylor.

Jenny was great, communicated well and was good at anticipating needs and going above and beyond to make sure that we were getting a fair deal.  There was a lot of back and forth with the seller and she was transparent about her communication between agents.  Jenny was always looking out for us and definitely had our best interests in mind.  She was flexible with my shift work schedule, spending evenings walking properties with us and drawing up contracts.  She was very responsive to communications, responding quickly to texts and emails.  There was a lot of things that were often difficult to wrap our heads around but Jenny was always patient and definitely helped calm our nerves and ease our fears about the whole process.  Home buying is a large undertaking and can be frustrating, but Jenny kindly guided us though the whole process. We can't thank her enough!
