As a first time home buyer the process was all new to me. To be honest this process was quite scary and confusing, but this is where Jen came in! She was with me every step of the way always answering my calls, texts, and emails about questions I had regarding the whole home buying process. Jen set up multiple homes to view during my process of buying a home and she was with me every step of the way. I can’t thank her enough for being apart of this journey with me. I can't recommend Jen highly enough! My family was relocating from out of state and we initially met Jen over a year prior to our move at a random open house as we were doing some preliminary research ahead of our move. Over the course of the 12 months before we actually moved, she invested her time in providing us with a steady stream of local knowledge to assist us in our prep, despite not even being under contract with her. Once we did move to the area, we rented for a few months while we worked officially with Jen to find our home. She was always two steps ahead of us in terms of her levels of preparation, the accuracy of mapping our requirements to the houses she identified, etc. She also demonstrated a pragmatic and can-do approach to our final negotiations to get the deal over the line quickly. You will not regret working with Jen!

I really can't speak highly enough of Jennifer. We happened to bump into her at an open house before we had a buyer's agent and really hit it off. After seeing how highly recommended and experienced she is we chose her to help us find my wife and my first home together. The house we ultimately purchased was highly suggested by her and really ticked off all of our boxes. We looked at quite a few more but kept coming back to that one.

She was incredibly patient, transparent, responsive and most of all honest and honorable. She answered all our questions, coordinated all of the inspections and repairs, recommended us to an excellent mortgage broker and has just been an incredible resource and partner during this big step in our lives. She willingly put her commission in jeopardy making sure we were being treated right and were comfortable with this big commitment and if not told us we would keep looking if the seller's didn't give us a few important concessions and repairs. Total rockstar of a buyer's agent!
