Jen Tolley RMP©, holds a B.S. Degree from Kennesaw State University in Human Services. Jen has worked in the sales and management industry for several years prior to working at Backyard Realty Group in 2008 where her passion for Real Estate began. While advertising our rental properties to find prospective tenants her passion grew and she decided that she wanted to become a Real Estate Agent.

Since then, Jen has obtained her Real Estate License and also her Associate Broker's License and she is over the Rental and Real Estate Divisions at Backyard Realty Group.
Jen was named "Best Female Broker in Georgia 2016" by Corporate America.

Jen relocated to the Kennesaw area in 2005 and loves the NW Atlanta area. As a Michigan native, she is happy to be away from the snow and cold winters! In her free time Jen enjoys cooking, baking, scrapbooking, and spending time with family & friends!

Jen is awesome at what she does! She really takes the time to listen to exactly what you want and need for your family and goes the extra mile to find the right house for you. Even though I was purchasing outside of the city, she spent many days driving 2+ hours to visit houses and participate in various inspections, in which she pointed out many things to me that I would have never considered when buying a house. Because of this she was perfectly fine to push me to explore more rather than make a quick offer. In the end, she was able to negotiate with the sellers to lower the price due to many of these little things we had discovered.
