Jennifer is a native North Carolinian who lived in Texas for 30+ years and has made her way back to the mountains. She understands what it’s like to have a dream of moving to the mountains either full time or with a second home that is rented part of the year.
With the move six years ago, she changed her profession from teaching to Real Estate. Specializing in second homes and investment properties, Jennifer brings a unique perspective as someone who owns rental properties herself and also helps her son manage properties for others.
Jen prides herself in listening to what a client wants, being patient and giving honest feedback. She can connect you with loan officers, video/preview homes, get estimates from local contractors that know the area, connect you with local inspectors, attorneys, etc.
