Jennifer Warner

Born and raised in South Florida, Jennifer studied at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. Jennifer and her family moved to the Dawsonville, Cumming area in 2005. She has 2 children, Zack, and Faith who both have grown up and gone to school in the Forsyth County school district.

Jennifer and her husband, Tim, a licensed contractor, and remodeler, have been renovating homes for the past 20 years in both Florida and Georgia. Before starting her career in Real Estate, she gained experience working in High-end Retail management, home renovations, and Kitchen and Bath design.

Jennifer now has her RE license in both Florida and Georgia and has been working in the Real Estate market for over 10 years. She specializes in space planning, staging, organizing, and decluttering homes in preparation for listings. With the added benefit of her interior design background, she can better visualize a space for Buyers and offer suggestions on how to make the space their own.

Jennifer is hardworking, devoted, and has strong negotiating skills. She is determined on finding the right home for each of her clients.
